Everything looks great and I'm pleased to say that all your items have been packaged for pick up.

Please select the location that works best and then a day and time to get your packages. We schedule these to ensure someone is available for your allotted time.

YOUR ARE REQUESTING A PICK UP TIME USING THIS CALENDAR SYSTEM.

THE TEAM WILL CONFIRM YOUR PICK UP VIA TEXT ONCE THE SCHEDULE HAS BEEN VERIFIED THAT SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE.

We do require that all items are picked up within 2 weeks unless otherwise arranged. If there is no reply to the pick up email and no date set we will process the shipping fees to the card on file as necessary for the order size and ship them directly to the address we have on file. If in the event that prepaid shipping is processed, there is no address on file, and we do not receive a reply with the shipping address the items will be held at the studio for 90 days. Beyond that time frame all items will move into our back-storage for an additional 90 days. If items are not claimed within 6 months of original pick up availability notification they will be forfeited and added to the in studio client sample sets.

Please note shipping can cost between $35-$250 depending on weight and dimensions so it's vital that if you would prefer to pick up and avoid the shipping fees we hear back promptly.
